Pale Ale with Malted Oats
The little beer with a big heart! Coming in at 3.8%, this beer makes for the perfect, sessionable weekend beer. The malt base for this beer is largely comprised of flaked and malted oats, giving it an incredibly smooth and pillowy mouthfeel. We switched up the hops on this batch to Citra and Amarillo and are definitely pleased with the result!

Dat Juice

5.2% ABV / 25 IBU

Dat Juice is an unfiltered pale ale brewed with large amounts of flaked and malted wheat then heavily hopped with 100% Citra hops. It pours a cloudy pale straw colour with bright aromatics of grapefruit, pineapple and mango.

Motueka Dry Hopped Lager
We’re excited to launch one of our favourite beers from last summer as our new full time lager! Brewed with premium german pilsner malts and dry hopped with 100% Motueka hops giving it a super clean, crisp flavour with a beautifully bright, citrusy hop bite on the finish. This beer was designed to be a staple in your fridge or that gateway beer for your Bud crushing friend.

Dry Hopped Sour
Soured with an aggressive Lactobacillus blend that was given time to round out as the beer fermented with our house ale yeast, we then finished the fermentation with a Saison yeast and dry hopped with a huge dosage of Eldorado and Amarillo hops, this beer is all kinds of complex! This is our first experiment with our tank Sour program and we couldn’t be happier with how it turned out. Bright acidity, lots of tropical fruit and citrus notes and light crisp body, this beer goes down way too easy!

Single Whammy

6.5% ABV / 56 IBU

Our brand new full time IPA. Single Whammy is brewed with Australian hops, Galaxy and Vic Secret. Expect huge tropical fruit and citrus notes upfront, balanced by a slightly dank finish. 💥

Dry Hopped Saison
We’re excited to release our first clean Saison this weekend! Brewed in the French style, we built this recipe on a light, crackery malt bill consisting of French Pilsner and Wheat which combines seamlessly with the light peppery spice and pear notes from the yeast. We did a light dry hop with Hallertau Blanc, giving it notes of white grape and melon. As we move into the Summer season, we thought it was appropriate to start this Summer off with a clean Saison that will serve as a platform for the lineup of mixed ferment farmhouse ales that we look to bring everyone in the coming months.

Orange Creamsicle MIPA
We got together with our friends from Tap & Barrel a few weeks ago and brewed something magical, this Milkshake IPA is packed full of creamsicle goodness! Over 1000lbs of Orange Purée and 8L of Vanilla went into this beer along with a ton of Citra and Mandarina hops. This beer is all orange upfront followed by bright citrus and passionfruit aromatics from the hops and subtle vanilla lingering in the end. If you’re a fan of milkshake IPAs, you’ll have to get your hands on this one!

Big Shuck Oyster Stout

6.2% ABV

This beer was brewed during our Brewers Row Collaboration launch party with fresh oyster shells supplied by Merchant’s Workshop and  Big Shucker. At 6.2% this Stout is on the lighter side, perfect for spring. The oyster shells provide a slight salinity and softness which balances perfectly with the light, dry roasted nut and chocolate notes from the grain.
