This american lager was brewed with drinkability in mind, our brew team’s drinkability that is. A beer brewed for the people, we spared no expense in crafting this lager using only the highest quality pilsner malts. German noble hops are used in the whirlpool to keep the bitterness light and we used a foraged lager strain from our friends at Bootleg Biology for the fermentation which gives it a bright, clean finish.
