We got a little nerdy last summer and built this fun saison with a hit of pear that pairs 😉 so nicely with classic saison flavours. Westarted with authentic Belgian yeast then leaned the whole thing toward orchard fruit with fresh pear. The result is a beer that drinks like a deep breath; soft, sparkling, and built for the kind of summer afternoons where nothing in particular needs to happen.
