1. Sponsor

The Contest is sponsored by Brave Brewing Ltd. (the "Sponsor"), located at 2821 Murray Street, Port Moody, British Columbia, Canada. Questions about the Contest may be directed to contest@twinsailsbrewing.com.

2. Contest Period

The Contest begins at 12:01 a.m. Pacific Time on May 1, 2026 and ends at 11:59 p.m. Pacific Time on May 31, 2026 (the "Contest Period"). Entries received outside the Contest Period will not be eligible. The Sponsor's computer is the official time-keeping device for the Contest.

3. Eligibility

The Contest is open only to legal residents of British Columbia, Canada, who are nineteen (19) years of age or older at the time of entry.

The following individuals are NOT eligible to enter:

• Employees, officers, directors, and agents of Twin Sails Brewing Ltd., its parent companies, affiliates, subsidiaries, and any company involved in the development, production, distribution, or fulfillment of this Contest;
• Members of the immediate family (spouse, parent, child, sibling, and their respective spouses, regardless of where they live) of any of the above; and
• Persons living in the same household, whether related or not, as any of the above.

Proof of age, identity, and residency may be required at the Sponsor's discretion.

4. How to Enter

There are two (2) methods of entry. Both methods provide an equal chance of winning.

4.1 Entry QR Code

Locate the Contest Poster inside either the Twin Sails Taproom or Participating Liquor Stores. Scan the QR code on the poster with a mobile device and complete the entry form at. You will be required to provide your first name, last name, email address, city of residence, postal code, confirm that you are 19 years of age or older, correctly answer a mathematical skill-testing question, and agree to these Rules.

4.1 Entry by Paper Submission

Head down to our tasting room and complete the entry form. Give the form to one of the staff behind the counter. You will be required to provide your first name, last name, email address on the form. If you are chosen as the winner, we will confimr your city of residence and confirm that you are 19 years of age or older. You will then need to correctly answer a mathematical skill-testing question, and agree to these Rules before you accept your prize.

5. Entry Limit

Limit: one (1) entry per person, per email address, for the duration of the Contest Period, regardless of method of entry. Multiple entries from the same person or email address will be disqualified. Entries generated by script, macro, bot, or any other automated means will be disqualified, and the Sponsor reserves the right to disqualify any entrant suspected of tampering with the entry process.

6. Skill-Testing Question

To be declared a winner, the selected entrant must correctly answer, without assistance of any kind (mechanical, electronic, or otherwise), a time-limited mathematical skill-testing question administered at the time of entry. The question for this Contest is:

Failure to correctly answer the skill-testing question will result in disqualification, and an alternate winner will be selected in accordance with these Rules.

7. Prizes

Three (3) prizes will be awarded. Prize approximate retail values ("ARV") are in Canadian dollars.

Total approximate retail value of all prizes: $1,500 CAD.

Prizes are non-transferable, non-assignable, and have no cash equivalent. No substitutions will be permitted except by the Sponsor, who reserves the right to substitute a prize (or any portion thereof) with one of equal or greater value if the advertised prize becomes unavailable for any reason. All prize details not specified in these Rules are at the Sponsor's sole discretion.

8. Odds of Winning

Odds of winning depend on the total number of eligible entries received during the Contest Period.

9. Winner Selection and Notification

Three (3) potential winners will be selected by random draw from all eligible entries received during the Contest Period. The draw will take place on June 19, 2026 at the Sponsor's offices in Port Moody, BC. The first name drawn will be the potential Grand Prize winner, the second name drawn will be the potential Second Prize winner, and the third name drawn will be the potential Third Prize winner.

Each potential winner will be notified by email at the address provided on their entry form. Each potential winner must (i) respond to the notification email within seven (7) calendar days of the date the email is sent, (ii) correctly answer the mathematical skill-testing question, and (iii) sign and return any declaration and release required by the Sponsor. If a potential winner cannot be reached within seven (7) calendar days, fails to respond, fails the skill-testing question, fails to sign and return required documents, or is otherwise found to be ineligible or in violation of these Rules, that potential winner will be disqualified and an alternate winner will be selected by random draw from the remaining eligible entries. This process will repeat until a winner is successfully confirmed for each prize, or until the pool of eligible entries is exhausted.

10. Prize Fulfillment

Confirmed winners may pick up their prize in person at Twin Sails Brewing, 2821 Murray Street, Port Moody, BC during regular business hours by mutual arrangement with the Sponsor. At the Sponsor's discretion, prizes may be shipped to confirmed winners within British Columbia at no cost to the winner. Tasting Room gift cards are redeemable in person at the Twin Sails tasting room and are subject to the standard terms and conditions applicable to Twin Sails gift cards.

11. Privacy and Use of Personal Information

By entering the Contest, entrants acknowledge and agree that the Sponsor will collect, use, and store the personal information they provide (first name, last name, email address, city of residence, postal code, and age confirmation) for the purposes of administering the Contest, contacting potential winners, fulfilling prizes, and complying with applicable laws.

Marketing communications are entirely optional. Entrants who, at the time of entry, provide their separate, express consent to receive commercial electronic messages from Twin Sails Brewing may receive emails about new beer releases, events, and promotions. Consent to receive marketing communications is NOT a condition of entry, and entrants may withdraw consent at any time by clicking the "unsubscribe" link in any marketing email or by contacting unsubscribe@twinsailsbrewing.com.

Personal information collected for the purpose of administering the Contest will be retained only as long as necessary for the purposes set out above and in accordance with the Sponsor's privacy policy, available at twinsailsbrewing.com/privacy. The Sponsor complies with British Columbia's Personal Information Protection Act (PIPA) and Canada's Anti-Spam Legislation (CASL).

12. Publicity

By accepting a prize, each winner consents to the use of their first name, last initial, city of residence, photograph, and likeness by the Sponsor for advertising, promotional, and publicity purposes in any and all media now known or hereafter devised, worldwide, in perpetuity, without further compensation, notification, or permission, except where prohibited by law.

13. General Conditions

The Sponsor reserves the right, in its sole discretion, to cancel, terminate, modify, or suspend the Contest, in whole or in part, if any factor interferes with its proper conduct as contemplated by these Rules, including but not limited to fraud, technical failure, or any other cause beyond the reasonable control of the Sponsor that corrupts or affects the administration, security, fairness, integrity, or proper conduct of the Contest. Any attempt by an entrant or any other individual to deliberately damage any website or undermine the legitimate operation of the Contest is a violation of criminal and civil law, and the Sponsor reserves the right to seek damages and other remedies from any such person to the fullest extent permitted by law.

The Sponsor is not responsible for: (a) lost, late, incomplete, illegible, misdirected, or postage-due entries; (b) telephone, electronic, hardware, software, network, internet, or computer malfunctions, failures, or difficulties of any kind; (c) any condition caused by events beyond the control of the Sponsor that may cause the Contest to be disrupted or corrupted; or (d) any injuries, losses, or damages of any kind arising from or in connection with participation in the Contest or acceptance, possession, or use of any prize.

By entering, entrants release and hold harmless the Sponsor, its parent companies, affiliates, subsidiaries, and their respective officers, directors, employees, and agents from any and all liability for any injuries, losses, or damages of any kind resulting from participation in the Contest or acceptance, possession, or use of any prize.

14. Governing Law and Disputes

This Contest is governed by the laws of the Province of British Columbia and the federal laws of Canada applicable therein. All entrants agree that any and all disputes arising out of or in connection with this Contest shall be resolved exclusively in the courts of the Province of British Columbia, and entrants consent to the personal jurisdiction of such courts. The Contest is void where prohibited by law.

15. Winners List

The names of the confirmed winners may be obtained after July 15, 2026 by sending a self-addressed stamped envelope to: Twin Sails Brewing Ltd., Attn: Sail Into Summer Contest Winners, 2821 Murray Street, Port Moody, BC, Canada.
