LOW LIFE - LAGER
American style lager with a light grain profile using quality Pilsner Malt and flaked rice. Fermented with a foraged lager strain from Bootleg Biology and allowed for an extensive lagering time. Finally, Wai-iti hops from New Zealand were utilized in the whirlpool to add a slight hint of fruitiness to the finish.

Columbus hops added in the whirlpool then tossed Talus, Eclipse, and Chinook hops in the dry hop. Citrus and pine on the palate with subtle hint of tropical fruits and floral notes. Strong bitterness and a dry finish.

ALL PURPOSE - CALAMANSI PALE ALE
In collaboration with Mark Singson, we brewed this beer with maximum flavour in mind using the new yeast strain, Sundew, which is designed to heighten the fruity flavours in a beer. Mark opted to combine this with one of his favourite fruits, Calamansi, as an homage to his Filipino roots. Finishing with a pinch of salt, this All Purpose Beer screams for a sunny day on the beach!
