We’re incredibly excited to be launching our online store, not just because it’s a fun, new adventure for us but we’re stoked to now be able to offer our beer to every corner of the province! Those days of FOMO are now over, just hit up our site on release day and add that new release to your cart. In no time, that newest release in our line of ridiculous experimental beers will arrive at your doorstep.
I’m sure you guys have a lot of questions and, to be honest, so do we. This is definitely going to be a work in progress, so we’re going to start by taking baby steps to make sure we don’t trip and fall.
We’ve done our best to come up with answers to as many questions as we could, but we encourage you to leave a comment with any other questions you might have. ONLINE STORE FREQUENTLY ASKED QUESTIONS:
Where do you ship to?
Beer is delivered by Canada Post and can legally only be shipped to an address within British Columbia. On delivery, recipients are required to present two pieces of ID, one of which must be government-issued identification proving the required age of 19 or older. The second piece has to include an imprint of the name and signature and/or picture. (Please note: the name on the order and the name of the person receiving it must match!)
We will be launching merchandise sales across Canada soon, we are just starting with BC only so we can work out any kinks before we go nation wide.
How much do you charge for shipping?
Canada Post determines shipping rates. Purchasing multiple items at a time will make your shipping rates significantly more cost effective.
How often do you send out shipments?
Orders are shipped to Canada Post every Tuesday, with each week’s order window closing at 11am on Monday. Orders placed after 11am Monday will be moved to the following week’s shipment. We want your product to arrive as fresh as possible. To ensure the highest quality of product is being served, we keep your beer stored in optimal conditions at our brewery and ship out only on Tuesdays.
How does ordering beer online work?
Ordering beer through our website is just like any other online shop. Add the items to your cart, fill in your payment information, select your shipping method, then place your order.
We securely package your order and ship it through Canada Post. Upon delivery, a Canada Post representative will ask for your signature and I.D. to verify you are of legal drinking age (19+). The name on the shipment must match the person accepting or picking up the parcel.
Why am I being charged a “Container Deposit” on beer purchases?
Alcoholic beverages, such as beer, wine, and spirits, are included in the deposit/refund recycling program. Container Recycling Fees are charged when beverage products are purchased, they are returned in full when you return the empty container to a recycling depot. These deposits are set through government legislation. Click here for the BC Government’s page on beverage container regulations.
How do you check that online shop customers are of legal drinking age?
This is something that Canada Post takes care of. Every beer order legally requires a signature and ID check before being released. And FYI, the name on the order and the name of the person receiving it must match!
If you are unable to provide proof of legal drinking age, the beer will be returned back to us. We will recover the shipping costs to and from the destination out of your payment and refund you the remaining value.
Will the shipping process have any negative effects on the beer?
Nope! We store the beer in optimal conditions at our brewery, before it makes a fairly short trip across the province. We recommend you refrigerate your beers upon arrival.
Can I purchase beer (and/or merchandise) online and pick up in store?
Yes you can! Select the free “In Store Pick Up” option at checkout and we will put your order aside. You can pick up your product at our Brewery tasting room located at 2821 Murray Street, Port Moody, BC, V3H 1X3.
When can I pick up my online purchase at your store? How long will you hold my product at your store?
The earliest pick-up date for pre-released beers will be listed under the beer description. Orders will be held at the brewery for up to two weeks after your purchase.

How do I know my order is being processed?
A confirmation e-mail will be sent to you upon placing your order. You will receive another e-mail when your order is shipped with a Canada Post tracking number.

What happens if my product is damaged upon arrival?
Get in touch with us immediately! Send us a photo to help us figure out what happened, and we’ll work to resolve the issue as soon as possible.
